    Terry Baker
    Terry has over twenty years experience working with BMW and MINI cars. A trained BMW/Mini Technician, he's worked at main dealers until deciding to launch Mill Lane Automotive
  • Service Manager
    Lee
    Lee joined the team in 2014, prior to joining Mill Lane Lee worked at several main dealers gaining a wealth of experience.
  • Master Technician
    Dave
    Dave joined the team in 2023.  Prior to joining Mill Lane Dave spent 10 years working at franchised main dealer Dick Lovett BMW & Mini as an M technician and 7 years at Chrysler and Jeep.
  • Master Technician
    Sam
    before joining Mill Lane in 2018 Sam worked as an M technician for franchise main dealer Wellsway BMW & Mini for 11 years. Sam holds the level 3 qualification in electric and hybrid repairs and is the onsite MOT site manager for the new onsite MoT facility.

    Charlie started with us in 2024 and is our MOT tester along with being a Senior Technician.
